The client wanted to streamline and centralize security management effectively with limited staff through integration of a smart city solution.

Make Kalyan-Dombivli a better place to live in by increasing the safety, the liveability of the people in the city and effectively providing the delivery of a few urban services.
Improve the situational awareness of the city administrators and residents.
Provide administrators, citizens, tourists, and businesses with real-time and actionable information to aid their daily decision-making.

Integration and setup of the Command and Control Centre for the Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation and Police Department for round the clock monitoring.

The entire project was implemented following COVID-19 restrictions; this brought up some unique challenges like restricted material & manpower movement, unavailability of labour, added safety mechanisms like frequent temperature checks and masks to be worn by team members.
Local Interference from anti-social elements disrupting deployment, civil works, and permissions for selected locations.
Multiple rounds of surveys due to unavailability of key stakeholders.
Short Notice implementation of a covid war room for monitoring city-wide lockdown regulations.

Surveillance with Video Enabled Analytics provides effective monitoring of the city with limited operators ensuring the safety of the citizens.
Dashboard cameras, vehicle-mounted cameras for police vehicles, and Body Worn Cameras will help police and corporation get a real-time view of critical situations.
Drones to provide surveillance coverage for locations with unavailability of CCTV cameras.
Drones help top officials to survey and monitor various projects’ progress.
