The client wanted to outsource monitoring of their Critical Servers, applications, and devices in the DC and DR.
The requirement was not just primary monitoring for availability but wanted advanced reporting and analytics as the current tools deployed were unable to provide.

Scope

Security patching and vulnerability analysis of all critical servers.
Database Monitoring and Management to be outsourced to the same provider.

Solution

• Onboarded critical production systems and applications on the advanced monitoring platform and walked through the client on the onboarding process.
• Aligned SOC Experts to understand the current posture on the security patching and updated the OS and security patching to the latest release.
• Our database SME from the NOC worked with the client on current issues in the SQL Database. We onboarded the Database under the monitoring platform and ran small optimization works to streamline the database.
